This translation is intended for people who already know English and are learning Japanese. It is not intended to be used to learn English, because the sentences in English may use strange or awkward wording in order to illustrate the vocabulary and grammar of the original Japanese.

This game's text originally used little to no kanji. We have added kanji in case they would be of interest.

山 is read やま in all instances here.

花 is read はな.

入口 is read いりぐち. Sometimes the kanji have a り interposed between them; sometimes they don't. The form with the り is the more standard form, but it's often omitted, especially on doors (compare "drive-thru" vs. "drive-through").

The の in 僕の住んでいる is functioning like が, which is possible in phrases that modify nouns or noun phrases (here, 僕の住んでいる modifies このテレビの中の世界). の puts less emphasis on the subject than が would.

Well, to start off with, let's walk together with me in the neighborhood around the house.

This でも means "or something". In this case, it's used to suggest an activity without being too pushy/committal. "You want to take a walk near my house or something?"

Hmm... that's right... where should we go? Is the park suitable? Or should we go to the ranch?

～にする means "to make it so" or "to decide on Ｘ" when confronted with choices. Often used when discussing what to order at a restaurant: 僕はステーキにする (I'll get the steak./I've decided I'll have steak.).

Here 牧場にする is used as a question: "(or) shall we make it the stable?", "it" being the place that fills in the 「どこ」 of 「どこへ行く？」。

When there are things you want to show Pac-Man, or things you want to inform Pac-Man of...

The translation here sounds redundant, but note here the difference between 物, referring to physical things, and 事, referring to non-physical things (such as events rather than objects). In addition, 見せる means to "show" someone a physical object, whereas 教える is closer in meaning to "tell about".

When Pac-Man is knocked out

Assuming he's only lost consciousness, he should wake up...

気を失う is an idiomatic phrase that means "to lose consciousness".

In Japanese, instead of saying "to wake up", one often says they "awaken their eyes".

Waking up

なれた here means "could become". It carries a slight nuance of achievement, thus something to be celebrated.

Pac-Man explains power pellets

This is called a "power pellet". It's my favorite food.

The name literally means "power food". 餌 usually refers to the food of animals, which sometimes comes in pellet form.

って = という, "is called".

僕がピンチになったら、これを使って助けてね。

When I've gotten in a pinch, use this to rescue me.

You must rescue Pac-Man using the power pellet that you have!

あげなきゃ = あげなければ, which is short for あげなければ　いけません ("must give"), or equivalently なりません or 駄目 (だめ) in place of いけません. This page of Tae Kim's guide has more information on this construction and how contractions of it are formed.
